Karaoke Night is an all-time blast! Gather your youth group, young
people, or church members for this spectacular night! All you need is:
-A Karaoke Machine (if
budgeting allows)
-Favorite Karaoke Songs (Could
be Gospel or Contemporary music)
-A Microphone (if budgeting
allows)
-A Positive attitude!
Karaoke Night calls for some laughs, and more laughs! No matter if you
are a talented singer, or if you won’t even sing in the shower for fear of
breaking the mirror in the bathroom- this activity is for YOU! Come
together for a night full of singing your heart out (and possibly breaking
a few ear drums-depending on who is singing). Don’t be shy, stay positive
and sing-a-long! And remember, this is the night to be a STAR! Show what
you can do! Sing along to your favorite contemporary pop music, country
music, classic rock, or even hymns and gospel music! It doesn’t matter
what genre it is-- it just matters that you have fun!
Once
all the youth group has done a round, spice it up a little bit by putting
everyone's name in a hat and picking out duets to sing together. Or how
about putting song titles in a hat so it's a surprise to everyone what
song they pick to sing. Make sure the listening crowd supports and cheers
the singer on no matter how bad it may sound! It's everyone's night to
shine on Karaoke night.
